„FU – WI” limited liability company from 1986, that is for over 20 years is dealing with central heating boilers and biomass production. Based on our long – standing experience with simultaneous using the latest technical achievements, constantly we are raising the quality of offered products trying to fulfill expecting our customers, above all in terms of the cost-effectiveness of using (exploitation) as well as functionalities.

Managers and workers of “FU – WI” company, understanding the need of natural environment protection, they initiated of 21st century with introducing the modern construction of eco-friendly heating unit, which is FUWI Central Heating Boiler for pellets (series of types from 15 kW to 100 kW).
Above recalled unit is characterized by a high efficiency 88%, small-sized, and above all the latest technology in fuel feeding, burning it and heat exchange between furnace gas and water in the boiler:

Characteristic feature of Central Heating Boilers FUWI for Pellets, is the latest fully – automatic technology in feeding and burning the granulated wood (pellets) and heat exchange between furnace gas and water in the boiler.
Central Heating Boilers FUWI for Pellets, are appropriated for heating flats, detached houses as well as farm buildings and other structures along with warm service water. The boilers of FUWI for pellets type are steel construction boilers in the shape of a cubicoid, equipped with a drawer burner, controller and fuel tank with a feeder supplying the burner with fuel of pellet type. The fuel is feeding in quantity essential to get the boiler temperature programmed by user on the steering panel.
The water block is made of plates (thickness 4 and 6-mm) as well as seamless tubes. There are vertical furnace gas tube in a top of water block, and there is combustion chamber equipped with drawer burner made of heat - resisting and chrome-nickel plate with aeration vents, in the bottom part of water block. In the bottom of burner, there is cast – iron grate guaranteeing efficient and effective ash removal from combustion chamber. The process of burning fuel and state of the furnace are controlled by the photodiode (probe of the brightness), the burner is also equipped with adjustable fan and an electric heater for automatic lighting fuel.
Below the combustion chamber is situated the ash pan, to which after burning the pellets is carrying away the ash (content of ash in pellets – till 1.5 %)*. The ash pan should be periodically empty. The boiler insulation is made of mineral wool that is covered by outer plate (casing).
The safety of use of Central Heating Boilers FUWI for Pellets, is provided through security system of several degrees, consisting in protecting before flash – back to the tank (feeder temperature sensor), protection against overheating the boiler (thermal switch), the controller of operation of boiler (temperature sensor), warm service water sensor, external temperature sensor, room temperature controller (optionally).
In case of cut – off the electric power supply follows remembering the state of the work as well as settings of controller, as a result of what after new including the power supply unit is started automatically.
In research findings of series of types of Central Heating Boilers FUWI for Pellets** carried out trough Institute of Heating and Sanitary Technology (Notified Body No 1452) in Radom, Research Laboratory of Boilers and Heating Appliances in Łódź (Certificate of Accreditation No AB 087), stated that described type of boilers, are in accordance with conditions determined in standard PN – EN 303 – 5:2002 and according to the standard they got the highest calls III of thermal efficiency and CO emission, and at the same time the units have notation of.
An advantage of using Central Heating Boilers FUWI for Pellets, are comfort and simplicity of service, limited only with periodic refilling the tank with fuel – pellets (each 3 ÷ 7 days, it depends on weather conditions and thermal protection of building) and emptying the ash pan.
