FU – WI” limited liability company from 1986, that is for over 20 years is dealing with central heating boilers and biomass production. Based on our long – standing experience with simultaneous using the latest technical achievements, constantly we are raising the quality of offered products trying to fulfill expecting our customers, above all in terms of the cost-effectiveness of using (exploitation) as well as functionalities.

There are eco – friendly heating units in broad offer of our products, both cast-iron and steel, adapted for burning: granulated wood – pellets, firewood (logs), briquette as well as “eco – pea coal” (granulated coal) and coal.

Above recalled unit BIO–P is characterized by a high efficiency, stable, high-grade cast-iron exchanger with triple flue gas path, the latest technology in fuel feeding and burning it, and above all possibility of burning a few kinds of fuels on two furnaces.

Characteristic feature of Cast-Iron Boiler BIO-P, is possibility of burning a few kinds of fuels on two furnaces, and the latest fully – automatic technology in feeding and burning the granulated fuel*.

Cast–Iron Boilers BIO–P are appropriated for heating flats, detached houses as well as farm buildings and other structures along with warm service water.

The boilers are cast – iron construction in the shape of a cubicoid, equipped with controller, drawer burner and fuel tank with a feeder supplying the burner with fuel of pellet type. The fuel is feeding in quantity essential to get the boiler temperature programmed by user on the steering panel.

The Water Block is made of a high quality and extremely thick cast – iron, protected by high density insulation that limits heat loss. In the top of water block there is flue gas chamber, and in the lower part of water block there is combustion chamber where is installed drawer burner made of heat - resisting and chrome-nickel plate with aeration vents. In the bottom of burner, there is cast – iron grate guaranteeing efficient and effective ash removal from combustion chamber. The process of burning fuel and state of the furnace are controlled by the photodiode (probe of the brightness), the burner is also equipped with adjustable fan and an electric heater for automatic lighting fuel.

Below of combustion chamber there is ash collection chamber where is the ash carried of (content of ash in pellets – till 1.5 %)**. The ash collection chamber must be periodically emptied.

The safety of exploitations of Cast–Iron Boilers BIO–P, is provided through security system of several degrees, consisting in protecting before flash – back to the tank (feeder temperature sensor), protection against overheating the boiler (thermal switch, the controller of operation of boiler (temperature sensor), warm service water sensor, external boiler temperature sensor (weather sensor), room temperature controller (optionally). In case of cut – off the electric power supply follows remembering the state of the work as well as settings of controller, as a result of what after new including the power supply unit is started automatically.

In research findings of individual subassemblies (water block, feeder, burner, controller) of Cast–Iron Boiler BIO – P they stated, that above recalled unit is compliance with European standard EN 303–5:1999, and at the same time the units are marked with sign

An advantage of using Cast–Iron Central Heating Boiler BIO–P is comfort and simplicity of service, limited only with periodic refilling the combustion chamber with fuel*** (pellets lengths 5 – 30mm, logs of wood lengths up to 330mm, briquette and coal) and periodic cleaning the ash pan.
